On-going support is key to manufacturing line efficiency and Actemium have many years experience in this area. Maximising production up-time is the priority. Actemium support models are flexible and carefully matched to individual customer requirements. From on-site standby right through to remote 24 x 7 call-out, assistance is only a phone call away. Remote access links to multiple facilities can be implemented to minimise response times and formal escalation paths are in place to provide added re-assurance.
Scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, services and calibration visits plus spares inventories can all be incorporated to provide a complete support solution.
Actemium provide numerous options for technical training courses to support the customer engineer with practical, hands-on based learning. Specifically targeted to enable end users to be self sufficient and effective in the management and development of their investment. Courses run all year round at the Actemium facility in Birmingham, however these can also be provided within customer facilities if required.
