Our experienced team includes people who have achieved Chartered status with the Association for Project Management (APM). They are supported by project engineers, planners, estimators, commercial managers, and the engineering delivery team. 


    We have successfully delivered numerous complex projects under the NEC suite of contracts, plus other bespoke terms and conditions of contract.  


    We have experience in using CEMAR®, an electronic contract management system, for the day-to-day management of the contracts. This ensures adherence to your document control procedure for the submission of all technical and commercial documentation. 


    An important part of any project is defining the baseline, including scope, schedule and cost, also known as  Performance Baseline.  These measures are agreed to with you. SPI are CPI are monitored with tools to ensure that the project is on track. 



    We operate an electronic timesheet management system for the assigned project number and any agreed sub-codes for project reporting. This feeds into project monitoring tools to allow actual costs to be recorded and measured against earned value. This system is a powerful tool that allows us to assess the status of the project and provide confidence you of successful project delivery.
